How to resolve pdf file issues
when processing in products
Products
required in this tip are:
Adobe Acrobat
Not all PDF's are 100% compliant to the PDF standard as
they are generated by various bit's of pdf software tools, Adobe over
the years is quite tolerant to these formats so tends to view these ok
but not all of our products are able to adjust to the inconstancies
without a product update by us, this TIP will re-generate the pdf in
Adobe Acrobat and will make it 100% Adobe PDF standard for you to retry.
1. Open the pdf in Adobe Acrobat and click file
Menu-->Save As
2.
Select 'Adobe PDF Files, Optimized (*.pdf)' and click Settings...
3. Select Make compatible
with: Acrobat 4.0 and later.
4. Save to file then retry it
in the product. |
