How to print PDF's without Adobe Reader or Acrobat.
Products required are: Batch & Print Pro 2

All PDF files added to the list will be converted to postscript and sent to your printer as postscript files.

1. Run Batch & Print Pro 2
2. go into options menu-->default processing parameters and enter "-c1|-l2|-C0|-s" in the PDF Processing edit box. (without the quotes)
3. print your pdf files by adding them to the list or monitor for them.

NOTE: Postscrpt printer driver is required for your postscript printer.

Products required are: Batch & Print Pro 2 and PDF Text Stamp

1. Extract winpdftextstamp.zip to c:\ folder for demo purposes.

Start Batch & Print Pro 2

Add a .pdf to the main file list, right mouse on it and select Processing Setup...
4. Enab
le command line scripting and in the script edit box enter for filename text:
"C:\winpdftextstamp\pdftextstamp.exe" -i"[IN]" -o"[OUT]" -nopg -sep "" -prefix "[FILENAME]"
for page numbering bottom left: "C:\winpdftextstamp\pdftextstamp.exe" -i"[IN]" -o"[OUT]"

The [OUT] is substituted by Batch & Print Pro temporary file in the Temp folder, the [IN] is substituted with the Batch & Print Pro input file in the file list. (dummy pdf file)

5. to make it use those settings as default for every pdf go into options menu-->Default Processing Addon Options and in the PDF Processing add: -c0|-l2|-C1|-s"C:\winpdftextstamp\pdftextstamp.exe" -i"[IN]" -o"[OUT]" -nopg -sep "" -prefix "[FILENAME]"

How to print a pdf file in groups of n pages for finishing e.g. 5 pages at a time.
Products required are: PDF Print Control 1.06  Full Acrobat 5,6 or 7 required.

Say for example you want to staple every five pages of a PDF document


1. Start Acrobat & PDF Print Control
2. Stamp page 1 with stamp1, then stamp page 6 with stamp2 with same settings & your finishing settings on the printer.
3. Click print control setup (S) button.
4. Click Replicate button and enter start: 1 end: 6 and click OK.
This will replicate the 1-6 pages settings to 11-16, 21-26 etc i.e. every 5 pages.
5. Click the Print Control Print button.
