Key Features: 

  • Prints Microsoft Word DOC, DOCX, RTF, TXT, MHTML, MHTM & MHT files internally using the MS Word API
  • Print Page Ranges
  • Header & Footer Options
  • Counts Pages in a DOC, DOCX & RTF
  • Page Range selection from filename e.g. SAMPLE_PAGERANGE2-4AAA.doc will print pages 2-4 of that document.
  • Optional print to file
  • Password support for batch printing pass worded files.
  • Pause before print, will open then pause to allow for rendering time before printing the document.

Header & Footer Details:
  • Header & Footer codes:
    • [FULLFILENAME] - will print the current full filename, i.e. c:\mydir\test.doc
    • [FILETITLE] - will print the current filename title, i.e. test.doc
    • [CREATEDATE] - will print the file timestamp, i.e. 2004-11-26 23:14:00
    • [FILENAME] - will print the current filename title without extension, i.e. test
    • [MACHINE] - will print the current windows machine name
      •
    • [USERNAME] - will print the current user name logged into windows
    • [MM/DD/YY] - Current Date
    • [HH:MM:SS] - Current Time
