How to batch print Crystal Report files. (.RPT)
Products required are: Batch & Print Pro 2 and Data Link Viewer XI

1. Install both products above, note: Data Link Viewer XI is supported by MilletSoftware.

Associate RPT file Print Action in windows:
a) Click on My Computer, Tools menu-->Folder Options
b) Click 'File Types', Click 'New' Button
c) In the File Extension edit box enter 'RPT'  without the quotes and click OK
d) select the RPT file type in the list and click 'Advanced' button
e) In the Edit file type window: click 'New' button
f) in the Editing action for type window: enter 'Print' without the quotes in the print action type.
g) In the application used to perform edit box enter: "C:\Program Files\DataLink Viewer 11\DataLink_Viewer_11.exe" -v "%1" "Printer:Default"
h) click OK, to test a file go into windows explorer and right mouse on a .rpt file and select 'Print' from the windows popup menu, if this prints ok then you can go onto step 3.
i) to suppress the refresh messages in future open a .rpt file in Data Link Viewer and select Options button (Rubik cube icon), set to 'View Only' and 'Display', click Apply.
3. Add your .rpt files to Batch & Print Pro and click print.

How to batch print two files on different trays multiple times
Product required is: Batch & Print Pro 2

1. Install startup Batch & Print Pro 2
2. Create two printer settings files (.prs files), to do this see our online video demonstration here  a summary:
Click File Menu-->Printer Setup, select tray1, then File Menu-->Save Printer Settings As, to a file e.g. tray1.prs   repeat this step for tray2.prs
3. Add the tray1.prs file to the main list in Batch & Print Pro, Add the first file e.g. test1.tif to the list, add tray2.prs to the list and finally your second file e.g. test2.tif
you should have a list like below:
c:\tray1.prs
c:\test1.tif
c:\tray2.prs
c:\test2.tif
4. Select Options menu-->General Setup Options and change the value to n times in the 'Print [1] repeat copies of all files in list'  edit box near the bottom.
