How to find all PDF files that
have searchable text (OCR)
Products required are:
Rapid PDF Count v2.xx
1.
Start up Rapid PDF Count and add/file menu-->scan/drag
and drop your files to the list
2.
Click
Setup menu->Options, then check "Count number of words &
characters also" like in the Options image below.
3. click
Save & Exit and then click "Page count files in list"
4. Scroll across and see
Words Count column, if 0 then it's likely the PDF hasn't been OCR'ed.
you can sort on the Words Count column by clicking the column header.
Rapid PDF Count can count up to 2 billion
files in the list.
