Up-to 32 process threads, for processing multiple directory monitor tasks at once, e.g. if you setup to monitor two folders then both can scanned at the same time to print without having to wait for the other to finish.
These threads are separate processes so are distributed by windows to available cpu cores automatically.

Can process up-to 64 printing threads per process, for printing multiple files at once to any number of printers. (this can be controlled per monitor and thru-ought the print process)  i.e. it can produce upto 32 process threads, then upto 64 print threads per monitored folder thread. ( 32x64 = 2048 threads max )
e.g. 2 folders monitored with 4 files in each will create 2 process threads and those will create 4 print threads each at the same time. total 10 threads.
These threads are separate processes so are distributed by windows to available cpu cores automatically.
 

Addon features included - All addons are included in the package and are pre-setup, i.e. pst, msg, eml, image, tiff, excel, doc, powerpoint, pdf, xml, dwf, solid edge, eDrawings &  html.
 

Enterprise includes Image & TIFF Addon only.

Document Management System Compatible - Printing of Microsoft Word file's works along-side with DM systems.
i.e. DM systems can prompt to save after each opening & closing of a doc file to the DM system, this Doc printing addon version installed bypasses that process for non interrupted printing of word files.

Citrix Compatible - Desktop publishing the application and application publishing support.
All these versions have been used and tested by clients with various versions of Citrix Server.

NOTE: Premium Law Edition has presets for out of the box printing, no configuration required.
NOTE: The installed folder is fully portable, so can be moved to any location for flexibility.

Disabling of Features support - Main screen menu actions can be disabled to stop users using / changing setups.

e.g. Directory monitor feature can be disabled.

Create a list of files - bulk load, drag and drop and file add to list, save, load & append list .job files.

Print from list – general list printing + printer settings files.

Quick job setup – for printing job lists quickly by task name.

PDF print appending – appends pdf files together or into groups before printing so it can print as one file. useful for finishing like stapling.

v8+ supports converted to pdf files also.

Print to IP directly – for sending the file to printer directly without a printer driver in monitor e.g. IP:192.168.2.254

Filename blocker  – for blocking certain type of files from printing, full name or part name list e.g. signature images in emails sig.jpg

Conversion to PDF – conversion to pdf support for website, html, asp, apsx, php, word doc, docx, docm, rtf, jpeg, bmp, png, gif, wmf, emf, zpl, tiff and txt file - which can be optionally appended into one print automatically.

v9+ supports page sizing options.

PDF print settings – you can now set specific pdf print settings like shrink to fit, rotation per page per monitored folder and load / save into the main list when printing.
v12 (2019) has remove blank pages before print option.

Web printing - print files and web pages from the web, also has a download option for downloading larger files to the local drive then automatically printing them.

Supports zip, rar, tar, .7z file download and automatic extraction.

Snapshot restore - Keeps a log of what's printing and where so if the system reboot's / power fail, on start-up will carry on from where it left off.

Printer load balancing - Spread the printer load to various printers, add limits to spool queues. both sequential and round robin options.

Directory monitor - monitor folders for files and automatically print them.
Features include trigger monitoring, content matching and print job prioritizing.
move failed files to an error directory.
disable the profile at any time of day.

Directory monitor with network logging - monitor folders for files and automatically print them. Same as Directory Monitor but in NT Service mode can network log what is happening.  A Client program is provided that can be run on the same network which shows the activity of Batch & Print Enterprise.
 

POP3 Email monitor - monitor pop3 email boxes for files and automatically downloads, extracts attachments and prints them.
Also includes SSL & TLS support.

v9+ onwards supports TLS
 

IMAP Email monitor - monitor imap email boxes for files and automatically downloads, extracts attachments and prints them.
NOTE: this setting is in pop3 email monitor.
 

FTP monitor - monitor ftp folders for files and automatically downloads and prints them. passive as well as active FTP support for NAT firewalls.
 

SFTP monitor - monitor secure ftp folders for files and automatically downloads and prints them. supports ssl certificate files also.
v12 (2019) version supports more encryption types, needed for Amazon's AWS

Scheduler - print a file list at a specified time. move after print options & print every n days option.

Logging - creates logs of files printed and an error log.

Replication – repeat certain print tasks when setting up a print list.
Save replication settings to a file to load later and now you can apply replication in the directory monitor.

Re-path - change the pathname of a file for moving onto other workstations without having to map the same drive names.

Internal PDF printing - print PDF with options like fit to size without the need for Adobe Reader.
Can set the page range of the pdf to print individually and is saved in the addon settings.
 

Internal Word Doc, Excel & Powerpoint Printing - print these file types without Microsoft Office Installed, this is automatically used when Office ins't installed.

Print to file – print to a FILE: printer, e.g. PDF, PS, PCL, PRN, XPS file types.
Also includes XPS printer driver support.

ZIP/7Zip/TAR/RAR file support – auto extracts contents from zip or rar files to print. Optionally can set the extract temp folder.

Updater – auto checks for updates when not in monitor / scheduler / service mode.
 

Backup & Restore – Backup and restore settings option, ideal for migrating to other machines, backup and sorting out issues.
