PDF Bookmark Print SA - Print parts of a pdf based on the bookmark, staple each bookmark together.

A. Adobe Acrobat Pro DC security settings need to be changed in Acrobat Edit Menu-->Preferences, Security (Enhanced)
Uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at startup (Preview)" checkbox.
