many optional parameters:

-i<input pdf file> input pdf file
 -o<output pdf file> output pdf file
 
 -export=<output file> output's a xml file with the following info:
 File, Title, Author, Subject, Keywords, Created, Modified, Application,
 PDF Producer, PDF Version, Location, File Size e.g. 5.44mb (5,707,132 Bytes)
 -import=<input file> imports xml file to set the settings for any of the settings:
 Title, Author, Subject, Keywords, Created, Modified, Application, PDF Producer
 -exportxmp=<output file> output's xmp file.
 (Same as in Acrobat-->Properties-->Additional Metadata-->Advanced-->Save)
 -importxmp=<input file> sets xmp file metadata in PDF.
 -removeinfo option which removes the pdfinfo information totally from the pdf.
 -removexmp option which removes the xmp metadata totally from the pdf.

It is possible to change individual info fields without reading in a file, like below (we would recommend removing xmp data whilst doing this as xmp data takes priority)

-title="<value>" sets title in info table
-author="<value>" sets author in info table
-keywords="<value>" sets keywords in info table
-subject="<value>" sets subject in info table
-producer="<value>" sets producer in info table
-application="<value>" sets application in info table
-modified="<value>" sets modified date in info table (PDF date format)
-created="<value>" sets created date in info table (PDF date format)
