The registration program is
for purchasing the software not the actual program,
here's what to-do:-
Run Acrobat then you will see the application in the Acrobat Plug-Ins
menu like below:

If you can't see the Plug-Ins menu then
check you are running full Acrobat, not Adobe Reader.
If you are running
full acrobat please check edit menu-->preferences, startup, 'use only
certified plug-ins' is unchecked like below.

A copy of the plugin file is kept in the installation folder, if you
still have problems then manually copy the .api file e.g. C:\Program
Files\Traction Software\PDF Content Split\PDFContentSplit.api to
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Acrobat\plug_ins folder.
