This program has so many options and configurations it's increasingly taking more and more time to test, so I have to skip all tests and just do a general set of tests.
I actually spend 2 days or sometimes weeks testing & fixing small technical problems, but I know I don't fix them all.
Please send emails of bugs not on the list below.
1. In the list view you get a line appearing through the Text & Icon or I get no gridlines at all, This is a Microsoft bug that has been documented on their msdn site. if you have comctrl32.dll 4.70 or more then you should be ok. CD Menu has switched off gridlines on win95, win98 & NT 4 platforms to stop this happening. Installing IE 5+ will update this DLL.
Conclusion: A Future version of CD Menu will detect the version of the comctrl32 DLL and take the appropriate action.
2. Installer crashes, is due to Install Shield
requiring Windows DLL's that are removed if you remove Internet Explorer.

Conclusion: Don't remove IE, it's part of the system.

3. My own list icons are gray.
yes it's a palette problem with gif & jpeg, use bmp instead as .bmp
uses the previous routine still.
Conclusion: This will be fixed in a future version.
4. Can't load .gif's and .jpegs in the list view
background.
This is a separate routine to the usual bitmap loading routine in the code
and I have not identified the cause of the problem yet.
Conclusion: This will be fixed in a future
version.
