PDF prints to appear on one printer and they print out on another printer.
With version 5.1 of Acrobat/Reader when you print and Acrobat/Reader is already running then the printer settings are picked up from windows before printing, with version 6 onwards this does not happen! the printer settings are picked up on start-up of the Acrobat/Reader program instead and not at printing stage.
To workaround this niggle with 6 onwards the Acrobat/Reader running must be closed, then change printers/settings, then re-load Acrobat/Reader for the next print, you can make this happen in version 1.39 or above by checking the options menu-->general setup options 'Close Acrobat & Acrobat Reader at end of every print list' and 'Close Acrobat & Acrobat Reader before .prs change'
